Verified Renter There have been some improvements but it'll still be nice if they get the barbecue areas updated new benches adding additional grills would be great since we're not allowed to have our own

Verified Renter My first review was fantastic! Things have changed a bit in my first year. I choose the top floor for a reason, but all I ever hear is the residents below me pounding on the walls slamming doors, and yelling. Then there is the smell of all of their cooking, both inside and outside! I don't care if it's electric or not, I don't want to smell someone's cooking while I sit outside. Verified Renter Just started using the gym again, love that it’s 24 hours. Wish the treadmill was working! Our AC has gone out twice in the year, omg, but maintenance answers quickly! Just renewed our lease, see they’ve added more resident events this year, hoping to attend!
