They lied about the treatment for certain critters. They are constantly "cooking" their residents due to sucky A/C, and now they are trying to take away certain things that was given in my lease. I have had them out here multiple times for the a/c given i have young children and I'm pregnant. The apartment is always over 80 in the day. Today it was 83- 85 in here and they "found" a new problem after JUST "fixing" it a week ago. These apartments are HORRIBLE. They never call back. They screen calls. I have to block my number just to get an answer in the office. Theyre, rude, dismissive, and ignorant. Maintenance never gets done. And there's always some excuse. NEVER rent from here.

Worst apartment complex on the south side... take your money somewhere else. They are slumlords and only care about them self’s... none of the office staff apartments are without water and heat and they just live off of our hardworking money.. they don fix anything. They are terrible with these parking rules the whole apartment complex is fraudulent. Maintenance showed up to my door smoking a cigarette..
My daughter and her boyfriend live there and have had no working stove for months, than they came home with their newborn son to their kitchen torn up and no water. I can't wait for them to move.
Worst apartments ever! Rude incompetent management, and terrible maintenance. Like 3 murders in the last three months! Trashy, drugs and gang banging everywhere, car break-ins almost every night, only seen one security guard in the 6 months I've been here. If theres any problems or inconvenience they tell you sorry and offer nothing in return for the inconvenience, then probably won't even fix it!
