been here a year . apartment constantly has problems . the maintenance guys are cool an all but slow . pools an pool table workout room all closed . office is super rude. always getting a note on the door saying you owe some kind of fee for anything. dont have friends over . cars will be towed even if in visitor parking . gunshots almost every night. I'm not kidding people . they make it seem so great when it's the worst on the Southside. I prefer country club an that's sayin something !

well, my heat went out 2 days ago and i put in an emergency maintenance request and nobody has came. these apartments are bullshit. it’s the coldest days of the winter so far and they won’t come fix my heat.
It’s ghetto. It’s not even worth saving the money. They have broken into both my cars and my apartment. No cameras. Maintenance comes in as they please. Gun shots all the time. If I could give it negative stars I would.
well as of tonight there was a police chase and about 15 cars were hit by the suspect. it's insane . and I only came to visit I dont even live their my grandkids do tho and I feel is too dangerous.

The company that runs the complex is evicting people who have been out of work due to Covid 19. Disgusting and they don’t even care.
