I've lived here for about 2 weeks now... We've been harassed and solicited by our neighbors while trying to move in. Our kitchen window leaks badly anytime it rains. We had to call and have them come out and spray for bugs. Found drywall caked in our tub drain. Now after a random power outage and a water main break on a road in the back of the complex our A/C isn't working and we've no hot water... Did I mention, I'm 39 weeks pregnant and due any day?!?! Lived there for a year worst year ever maintenance sucks are conditioning stayed broke they didn’t even give me a window ac mold under sink in bathroom and kitchen they care 3 times to fix sink in kitchen and it still leaked would never move back there
our apartment has been flooded, mold everywhere, cieling caving in for almost 3 weeks. thats wtf yall could fix

We lived here for several years, up until October 2018. Our furnace/AC went out in the middle of summer, and we were told it would be three days. In reality, it was never fixed. We went from July to October with no AC or heat in the apartment. Office staff is rude and unresponsive, unprofessional. Maintenance staff is a joke. Rent is outrageous for the outdated, falling apart apartments they rent.

Broken promises.. They’re always sorry about your problems but hardly ever do anything about it. Apparently half of the complex was “late” on their rent this month! Drug dealers, prostitution, junkies, mice, and bugs. They’ll tell you want you want to hear until that contract is signed then you’re screwed.
My friend has been living with bed bugs FOR MONTHS because they refuse to properly treat them. They ignore her calls unless she calls from a blocked number or someone elses phone. A hoarder lives underneath her and they won't do anything about it. She has MOLD IN HER CLOSET, she has sent in requests for it be fixed, everyday, for maybe 6 days and they still won't come. This place is ran by crooks. The pool hasnt been open for the past two years. I had to call the health department over the winter because they wouldnt fix our heat, that was out for three days. The outlets in one bedroom and half our living room dont work. Also their gates dont work??? People are always drug dealing in the front of the complext. Tweakers alway walking around TWEAKING lmao. I hear gunshots atleast once a week. This place is 100 percent not worth the head ache.
