Very nice community! Everyone is very friendly and they have a indoor pool which is great for the winter time.
Shitty place, geese are a nuisance, maintenance guy doesn't even knock before entering and rent keeps getting jacked up for no reason
I haven't even moved in yet and I'm already displeased with the office staff. They keep giving me the runaround about not receiving employment verifications from my wife and myself. We have contacted our respective HR departments Who assured us that they sent the employment verifications to their office. We were assured by the leasing agent Shayla that we would be eligible for the special where you did not pay rent in November if you moved in by October 15. The apartments themselves are old and falling apart. The cost to cool and heat your apartment will be outrageous due to leaky windows and no insulation. You will have water coming into your apartment through the windows or the ceilings every time it rains. You will never have hot water when you need it due to the fact that you will share your hot water heater with at least 3 other units. Wish management would accept community cats as a benefit to the neighborhood rather than a nuisance. It is a felony to try to harm them in any way! Therefore I would not recommend this apartment complex due to not animal friendly!
