Scheduled an appt for a diagnostic, 2 days in advance on a Saturday 19 Oct, 24. I was told it would be around an hr and they would call. By 2:30 no calls so i did. They hadnt even started. When i dropped off there were only 2 or 3 customers, they said it was slow when dropped off. I called again at 5:45, they close at 6. Service wanted to keep it till monday to finish the diagnostic!
