My wife’s both Engagement and wedding rings ( white gold) turned a bit yellowish and also loads of wear marks so decided to bring them to this place. The result is WOW, they look like brand new, literally, my wife is thrilled. Thank you so much for such lovely service!
Accused of damaging my own watch after initial failed repair. Poor attitude and poor service. Avoid.
As usual first class service.
The shop staff were very polite. However, I came in about a repair on a piece of jewellery, and the repairer was quite rude. Rather than tell me that he wasn’t capable of repairing it, he went on to tell me how cheap it was and that it was hollow. The item was a solid gold earring bought from Liberty of London. It had a small hairline crack in a joint.
