When i first went to this hairdressers I seen maisie she took a stand test and it came back good. but when I booked to get my hair done Shannon booked me in under herself. She put only bleach on my hair and it turned my hair orange and told me that she couldn't do anything else . I was really upset about it. Then maisie called me to get me back in the redo it. After Google review I went to that salon, but I'm disappointed. Very poor service from Naomi. I received the opposite of the color I requested and was nearly sent home with orange lines until I insisted on a correction. It took three dye sessions in one day and a second appointment the same. Naomi’s attitude throughout was unprofessional she wasn't concentrate at processes , as was all time speaking with colleagues next to her, making the entire experience unhappy.

Had my hair cut here yesterday the lady didnt listen to what i wanted worst haircut ever my hair is shorter one side then the other she only half dryed it before she put straightners 0n it i had to keep telling her no more i used to employ hairdressers and would never have had someone like her in my salons
