I had the pleasure of working with Jim Francis for a trade in today. Jim definitely went above and beyond when I explained my previous experiences with getting a vehicle. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They just care about money and numbers, not customer satisfaction and retaining customers! My parents have shopped here, as well as myself for vehicles. I have had work done on my vehicles (not the greatest collision work but I was not too picky). However, my car was totaled this past February.
