I stopped going to Dewey Dodge Jeep service department after they spent 3 hours jerking me around for an oil change, now I try to go to Stew Hansen for $1200 of elective work, and shocker they don't have the parts in. So they already had 3 and a half weeks to get the parts in, somehow didn't realize that they didn't have the wiring in or just didn't bother to reschedule, now they're telling me it will be at least 2 more weeks.
