I would not recommend this place due to the fact of a paint chip on the plastic part of my bumper is not considered under warranty because of outside sources i e water they will not get back ahold of Chrysler and Rams own customer care Department in which their customer care Department decides that I should try to deal with this dealership because they won't call them back it's hard to believe a $400 paint chip is going to cost so much business I've been a Dodge supporter for years have purchased over the past 20 years 7 veh... read more

Alex Webb helped me today and he was so wonderful. I previously bought a Chrysler from Alex in 2015 and didn't really love it. ever since then hes been trying to do anything he can to get me out of it. today Alex and Cory were able to make that happen. My husband and I were there almost all day and they both were so nice and helpful and didn't seem frustrated or upset we were there so long. Thanks for the great customer service and thanks for the new Jeep!!

I do not recommend this place. I really wish I would have read the SERVICE department reviews prior to purchasing my vehicle here. I read the used car reviews and decided to give them a shot. We bought a Certified pre owned vehicle with 30k miles on it. Within 2 days of purchasing we found the rear heating core was out and the service manager told me they weren't able to check it before we purchased the vehicle because "one guy checks the cars and he cant be in the front and the back at the same time".
