Just go someplace else. Save yourself the stress and anger. After the sale, you are just a number. Do what I'm doing, buy your Jeep elsewhere. Jerry B is a joke. Dont bother even writing your form letter response. The only thing I'm interested in is telling everyone I come in contact with about what a joke this place is. The problem is not with Jeep, Chrysler or Fiat, IT'S WITH STEW HANSEN!
We had a great experience with Matt Miller Frankie and Aaron. They made us feel like family and didn't just try and sell us a car. They spent time to get to know us and let us know we can stop in or call if we ever have questions or need help. outstanding customer service even though we made them stay past 8.
Just spoke with Dan in the service department about a problem with our HDMI ports. He was so thoughtful, polite, and knowledgeable. He took his time to talk to me and explain things clearly to me. From 1 call I can tell I trust him with my vehicles. Stew Hansen has a great employee here. 2 other dealerships wanted to schedule appointments 2-3 weeks from now. Dan made time to speak with me and try to solve the issue without an appointment. Thanks Dan!
