Twice now, a scheduled service time has been delayed multiple hours with no explanation why, poor customer service when you pull in (always have to find someone) and no updates like they commit to. This is not quality customer care. Why do we have to call to find out what’s going on multiple times due to a lack of follow-through? Step it up.
Great experience again, with Stew Hansen. Purchased a SRT Challenger in 2017, and yesterday we bought a Ram pickup. Thanks Rick Bulshie for a smooth transaction, also with financing dept.

We got out of our vehicle to look around. Then Jason showed up and introduced himself to us. He took us inside and we sat down and he asked us what we were looking for. Then we went to look at vehicles. We took a ride in a nice used Jeep. Jason was so informative and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even checked on our dogs. Stew Hansen was never on my radar. However, about six years ago, when I decided to take a peek at Jeep, I was greeted with a friendly, personable and genuine salesperson, Doug Burke. Research shows that people, in the corporate world, often times stay loyal to management and people, versus the actual company. Jeep wasn’t on my radar - being a foreign car person.
