I have been a customer for 20 years. I’m so disappointed in my recent experience.I stopped and got my oil changed on Tuesday and after the inspection was told I need a new battery. Was told it was under warranty. The tech tried to sell me a new battery and said not under warranty. When I questioned him all of the sudden it was under warranty. Hands down best experience with buying a new vehicle. It all started with us just looking while waiting on insurance to decide if my car was totaled or not. We were in Des Moines and figured why not look. Orlando came out and offered to show us a car, but I told him I didn’t want to get my hopes up while waiting on insurance.
