RecommendedMy husband bought a used car without physically seeing the car. Lonnie at Stew Hanson was great, described the vehicle and made everything easy. He flew to Iowa and Lonnie picked him up at the airport and everything was perfect. Nice job!
I have been a customer for a long time. However I recently purchased a 17 Ram that was a certified pre owned. I made comment about the tires needing replaced. Sales person ignored my comment and changed subject. He later did same thing in follow up phone call. Kind of hard to believe that they would certify the truck with those tires. I should have just walked away from the deal that day. *update* dealer stepped up and put four tires on.
