Called & asked re prices, was advised it was ‘based on the circumstances’ & I’d be ‘put through to someone who could help’. Fast forward the 10 minute conversation & I was then advised there would be a bill of £300+VAT. Shocked, I said that the price wasn’t mentioned when I had enquired & I was then told ‘nobody was obliged’ to tell me the prices upfront. & the CMA are investigating vets for their ‘transparency’!?
