Did not seem interested in my business. Made them an offer that they outright refused. Didnt want to move a cent. Then told me they didnt want my trade in. A month later, they reduced the price of the car to my offer, and still did not contact me back when I sent in another inquiry. Car is still sitting on the lot. I bought the same car at a better price from another dealer. Dont waste your time with these guys.
Very friendly phone conversation
Horrible! Drove over an hour and they weren't ready for us and didn't even have the cars they said they had on the lot. Walked away after one of the new cars sunroof didn't even work. Worst experience at a dealer ever.

I feel like it was a bait and switch tactic. As soon as we said we were going to stop by to see the car, they said it was "just sold."
I called to check availability of vehicle. Salesman got all my info and never called me back.
Went there with no haggling and it took over 3 hours.
Dealership would not provide mileage of listed vehicle as requested
