Customer service was poor - first thing out of the managers mouth was him trying to upsell the car and saying there were 2 other people coming in after me after 12pm on a Monday....and the car has been in the market for 5 months. Ended up buying a different RS5 in San Mateo - service was far superior than Steven’s Creek Kia!
My step dad was test driving a car for me, they said they would let me pay over the phone for the car and come down that weekend to get it. My step dad hasn’t even turned off the car yet and I made 1 call to move money around and as I was moving money they sold the car to someone else. Really ugly on their part. I will not be doing business with them ever and will recommend that no one else does.
They had Lease special for 20 Forte LXS $88mo $1999 down / they try to charge Tax 3 times to make me pay $3500 for down $97mo. Long as you are not stupid don’t take no don’t even go here

They first said they had the car, then they said it had a transmission problem, then they said they sold it to someone else. They were charging $7k over MSRP for the car. That’s too much.
One of the worse customer service I’ve experienced. It was a waste of my time. I will never shop at this dealership or recommend anyone to go there. Made a deal with the dealership through texts and emails and came to an agreement. The dealership agreed for me to come for a test drive. About half way there I got a phone from them saying they are having issues with car and if I can come back another day to test drive the car and I live more than an hour away. My fiancé and I drove 6 hours to make a purchase.The salesperson, Ash was pleasant didn’t pressure me to make a deal. After making an offer I was invited inside and was offered a coffee. While waiting for Ash at the sitting area I pulled my mask down to drink the coffee that was offered to me.
