Lied about the car and said they still had it when the day I had my appointment to go out there I called them to make sure they still had the car and come to find out it was sold the day before my appointment and I was supposed to receive a phone call from one of the representatives and never did and also when I called they said I didn’t have an appointment but I have confirmation that it was scheduled just very unorganized and unprofessional

It was good. The sales agent was very helpful but pre-occupied. The car is nice but the trunk handle was broken.
No consistency in communications. Sales people don’t monitor their outgoing form emails. Inattentive to customer parameters and requests. Due to chip shortage and sellers market they admit to upcharging $3k-4k above normal pricing. Unwilling to honor posted and marketed Kia incentives. Good luck but I’d look elsewhere.
