Abe was nice over the phone. Was going to see a car one day when he wasn’t there so he assigned me to Ash. I was delayed, called to notify them. Then I kept getting text &calls to see if I was coming. I told them possibly in the afternoon. I had already called to postpone. When I finally got there, Ash was very indignant and said that I was supposed to be there at 2 o’clock & I was late! I was told the car was perfect. Lied about the car and said they still had it when the day I had my appointment to go out there I called them to make sure they still had the car and come to find out it was sold the day before my appointment and I was supposed to receive a phone call from one of the representatives and never did and also when I called they said I didn’t have an appointment but I have confirmation that it was scheduled just very unorganized and unprofessional
