It was good. The sales agent was very helpful but pre-occupied. The car is nice but the trunk handle was broken.
No consistency in communications. Sales people don’t monitor their outgoing form emails. Inattentive to customer parameters and requests. Due to chip shortage and sellers market they admit to upcharging $3k-4k above normal pricing. Unwilling to honor posted and marketed Kia incentives. Good luck but I’d look elsewhere.
Had large selection of Tellurideâs to choose from. Salesperson was very nice and helpful. We felt we received a good price compared to other dealers.
