Abe was nice over the phone. Was going to see a car one day when he wasn’t there so he assigned me to Ash. I was delayed, called to notify them. took a test drive of 2026 Kia Sportage. WAs very impressed. Proceeded to office to run the numbers. Asked for a trade in value of my car. Saleslady came back with the figures and told me they could offer $10,000 for my car. I almost laughed in her face. I received an offer from Caranna for $15,800. She became aggressive and asked if they offered $13,000 would I sign the papers and buy the car. I don't respect people who try to pressure you. I got up and exited the facility. Went to look at a used Sonata, never saw it! Manager tried to get us to look at new and talked about how incentives are for new not used…we left.

Lied about the car and said they still had it when the day I had my appointment to go out there I called them to make sure they still had the car and come to find out it was sold the day before my appointment and I was supposed to receive a phone call from one of the representatives and never did and also when I called they said I didn’t have an appointment but I have confirmation that it was scheduled just very unorganized and unprofessional
I really loved the 2018 Nissan rogue and the dealer was great he gave great service and answered all of my questions and concerns. It was the manager or one of the managers who seemed really pushy on a down payment but I explained I won’t be putting money down because I had went through my credit union. The price ended up going from $13,000 to $17,000 with so many random fees which was way out of the budget. So I left cause my mother went there years prior and they did the same thing.

Ended up buying the truck and i gotta say I love it but it's sad that they didn't even put it through their service department or anything. Truck was clean but never detailed. I just miss the days when buying a vehicle through a dealer ment something. They didn't even change the oil or anything after getting it in
