The person I went to see wasn't there but someone did let me test drive the car.
not good service. Their text people and sales people were unaware that a car I was interested in was sold ... for almost a week. Response to me was lack luster.
Very disappointed in the overall experience. I emailed back and forth with the sales manager and we even set up an appointment to drive the 2+ hours for the car. I'm 38 weeks pregnant so I wanted to be sure things would run smoothly. Well when we got there it was like any other car buying experience. Nothing was done as we were expecting and we ended up driving home without the car. First they offered me way less for my trade in because of a paint job...really? My car has zero mechanical issues.
