Pleasant and courteous staff
dealership experience was fine the car was not exactly what I was looking for.
The people were very nice but in the pictures of the car the seats were light gray. When I went down to see the car the seats were charcoal or black. I would have bought the car if the seats were the light gray in the pictures. At the time I thought the pictures of the gray seats were taken from another car.
They were very straight forward. They told me the price, on the specific car and I went in and the car was there (no bait and switch). They didn't try to sell me anything else and there were no hidden or surprise costs. I ended up buying the car. Very smooth and hassle free.
The men working at this dealership were old inflexible and stuck in 20th century sales tactics. No finesse. The younger guy Chris was awesome! He did not have an aggressive sales tactic and had very good people skills. I test drove the 2015 Kia Sportage but was turned off from buying a car from this dealership.
We didn't end up purchasing here but they were quick to respond and when we test drove, the person who helped us (Mo) was friendly and patient. Over all, good experience
checked out the dealership with my wife the salesmen was very pushy an aggressive starting price 34,000. (for a car we were not interested in ) after 3 hours of him trying to convince us to purchase a car we were not interested we finally tried to (headache) walk away as we were leaving he was lowering the price, dropped it all the way down to 23,000.
Dealer never responded to inquiry. I called and spoke to a sales person and they were going to call me back with more info regarding the car I was interested in. They never called me back.
