Every single time I was there I waited in the waiting room for at least an hour. When I would finally get called back into the exam room, there would be another 30 minute wait. Dr. Berklacy moved from patient to patient without any personal interaction. They were always overbooked and understaffed. Every question I asked him would get a quick general response.
I took my Children in for a checkup, we were new to his office, He did not allow parents in with the child. My youngest daughter was about 3 years old and she was so scared that she would not open her mouth so he could examine. So the came running out to the waiting room where I was and started screaming at me in front of the entire office and told me to take her somewhere else. I went in for a scheduled cleaning, had to wait almost an hour to be seen. I only saw Berklacy for about 5 minutes after the hygienist was through. Without any communication as to the number of cavities I had, they scheduled two appointments to take care of my "fillings". First set of fillings, well they only filled ONE cavity, and never said how many more I had to go. Second set of fillings, well they only filled one cavity. A positive experience all the way around. The staff could have been a little more friendly to my children to help with their anxiety, but overall, not too bad
Great Dentist, Love his work! I had 2 root canals done and they were painless and the crowns are beautiful.
He provides excellent service efficiently including complicated root canals, he has never mishandled an insurance claim and he and his staff are very professional.
The wait time, even with an appoitment, is ridiculous. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and it took an entire hour before Dr. Berklacy got to me! Even going for a regular cleaning takes atleast a 30 min wait in the waiting area and when they call your name and bring you back to sit on the dentist chair you have to wait about another 15 to 30 mins before they get to you. All this waiting on a scheduled appointment is absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your time! His staff are also not as friendly as they should ... read more
Go see Dr Berklacy he is a great doctor. He is all about taking care of the patient and is not about doing unnessary work.
Dr. Berklacy is an easy going, friendly guy. His office is very nice and comfortable for both adults and children. Dr. Berklacy is conservative in his treatment recommendations. Seems that more advanced treatments (bridges, oral surgery) are referred out.
