Dr. Berklacy is an outstanding dentist who treats patients with kindness and respect. His staff is friendly and competent . his office is the best Dr.s office I have ever been in. Larry Littlefield

i have had many root canals and the one dr. berklacy did was great. i did not feel a thing. he scheduled 2 hours and i was out of the office in just under that timeframe.

I will never return to Dr. Berklacy. I had a 7:30AM appt. (to avoid scheduling at the busiest time) I was told I was the first Appt.., but the morning I arrived, there were already 2 people in front of me. The staff took me back promptly, numbed my mouth, and then I sat! Dr. Berklacy worked on 3 people in the chair next to me, before he even acknowledged me. Definitely would NOT recommend him. Staff is the most cold, unfriendly people ever experienced in any medical setting.
Always had to wait an hour past my appoinment, finally changed dentist over it
Overall I've been pleased. The building is by itself, the waiting room is large and not like a doctor's office, the treatments have been fine. I was especially impresses with the root canal I had done, as with his experience he's done thousands. I can't comment too much about the cost, as it's most been covered by our dental plans.
