Crowns, fillings, cleaning, etc It was not uncommon to have to wait over an hour before you even saw the dentist. I was usually there for around 3 hours or more if I got a crown. If you are not pleased with something he has done, he always makes you feel as if something other than his work is the problem. My crowns do not fit properly and he knows it, but he has not made them right. I would never recommend him to anyone else.

Dr. Berklacy is treating me for complex problems requiring extractions, root canals, crowns and bridge work. He mapped out a complex plan of treatment and communicated it well. Early results are excellent, and the cost plan we developed is very reasonable. Dr. Berklacy has a precise engineering, problem-solving approach that works well for me. And personally I like him. He also solved a huge problem for my wife undoing and redoing a job that was botched by a previous dentist.. I have already recommended him to others

All my family members see him. We have had great success in his office with some big procedures. They are willing to work with you on cost and he doesn't do unnecessary procedures. Have had fillings, root canals, crown replacements, cleanings. I don't know how he compares to others as far as costs, but in a dentist, you get what you pay for.

Does not respect patients time. You usually have to wait and hour or so until you see the Dr. I was there 1 1/2 hours and never seen the Dr. so I left. Was getting a filling and the Dr. hit my nerve when he was giving me the shot. It hurt really bad and I couldn't feel my mouth for over 6 hours. Not very pleasant.

I have had Fillings, crowns & root canals done by Dr. Berklacy. He's very good, well worth the wait to get an appointment. If it doesn't take long to get an appointment, I have to wonder why more people aren't trying to see him. Anytime I or my husband have had an emergency, we have always gotten in immediately. Dr. Berklacy is very accurate in everything that he has done. He is quiet, but personable. In my opinion, the office personnel could be more personable. My family uses Dr. Berklacy...his staff is very gentle mos t pain- free cleaning ever....... Dr... Berklacy is a huge OU fan...but can take a good ribbing from a cowboy fan.....

I went to Dr. Berklacy for a root canal and crown. The staff is polite as well as the Dentist, however the wait time is much too long for my tastes. You will sit for at least an hour prior to getting any work done.

The wait is always an hour or longer. I went in for a crown that had come off after 10 years and when he was done, I found he had fused all three of my front teeth together on the back side without him even telling me what he was about to do. There would have been several different ways to handle the issue but he never even discussed any of them with me. My children have gone to Dr. Berklacy for five years. I have always gone back with my children and there is no problem. When my son was younger, he would not open his mouth for anyone but Dr. Berklacy, not even his dental assistants. We moved to another city, but still return twice-a-year for our children to see him. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but his service has always been excellent.
