The service department gets it wrong more that right. We've had to many repeat trips and they are of no help in emergencies. They just want you to have the vehicle towed to them and won't answer simple questions over the phone. If you are looking for a good, dependable VW dealership, look at Stone Mountain VW. They have been more than awesome and will help in emergencies and not try and nickel and some you.
