We had an appointment to look at a car and confirmed the appointment and drove over an hour away and then to find out it was sold 2 days before!!!! That is just so wrong! My son was so looking forward to this vehicle too! Shame on you!!

Went in for an 80,000 service transmission which is what was stated on envelope for the drop. Got a $323.00 oil change that was just done the day before. Now the service department called me for clarification for the envelope and again I stated the 80,000 transmission service and check all warranty items since my 2 year is up in April. Now I went to pick up my car. And well the 80,000 service they performed was an oil change and checking a sunroof that doesn't exist on my car. RecommendedFantastic customer service Service department had me in and out and kept me updated along the way I love my VW and since moving here I have found another great VW dealership
I’ve been a Niello customer for YEARS - BMW and Land Rover - always top service. But something STINKS now - I’ve brought my 2020 RR in for the SAME problem 3 times and they can’t fix it. Even though they identified the issue as a KNOWN manufacture problem in the wheel bearings/bushings. One more time and I’ll be invoking the Lemon Law (reasonable attempts to repair is 4 according the state).
