The folks at Steve White have been very good to me over the last 3 years that I have owned my Jetta TDI. I feel like I got a good price on the car, and that the service along the way has been good. I have been a client at Steve White for about 4 years. The customer service is fantastic. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Also, the company provides drinks, coffee, water, and a variety of healthy snacks for clients to enjoy. I've been coming here to have my VW's serviced for the last 6 years and I just wanted to say that David Culpepper always does an exceptional job. This week I came in with a spare tire and needed a new rim but the rim I needed was out of state, David wouldn't let me take my car for safety reasons because it was rainy and I needed to drive all over the Upstate that day. I called Lea-ann in the parts department and she was very helpful with my question. She was able to help me with my car radio.
For as long as I have owned my GTI I have had it serviced at Steve White. The staff there is always super friendly and willing to help. And I have to take a moment to brag about the service outside of the shop as well. I had some body work done on my car at a local body shop in Lea Ann Dobson delivered those parts. She still to this day remembers those exact parts which helped your service group identify an electrical issue I ended up having due to this body shop. I've got 3 vw's, newest being my wife's 2010 cc that we bought from Steve White. I've always had a great experience with you guys, especially Bryan Mann in the parts department! Great personality and extensive knowledge of the products. I still stop in to see him at your new Audi dealership when I come in for parts.
We are not just a VW fan but a Steve White fan, the service department is awesome but our favorite person is Will Gillespie, he treat us like family. Love you Will see you soon!
Best experience! Staff went out of their way to help and were friendly, thorough and very courteous! Love Marcus Garrett (our sales consultant) and Jason Scott (Sales Manager)!! If you are worried about being overwhelmed with discussing a car purchase at a dealership, this is the place to go. We were treated with respect throughout the entire buying process.
