Be very careful. I purchased a used 2012 VW Jetta for my Grandson that is going off to College,from this Dealer in April. With less than 300 miles driven, it required towing and $2000, worth of major engine work. With less than an additional 100 miles, it was towed back to a dealership and has been there since the first week in June, now requiring another $2700 dollars to repair. Last week, I came to Greenville from out of town and experienced car trouble. This involved having my car towed to Steve White for service. Ryan, in the service department, did an excellent job of handling the problem and making the situation as painless as possible. Great job, Ryan. Wish more businesses could operate as smoothly.

Very dissapointed in Lack of Service in the "Service" Dept. I have a Fleet Passat that was purchased through Steve White. First, They don't honor Fleet Service Company (Leaseplan) while other VW Dealerships do, and Twice I have been in to Ask for Help with Diesel Exhaust Fluid Service and Service Dept was of no help. Last time I was told Technician would not be pulled off to do this. I was willing to pay! Meanwhile 3 Service Advisors sit behind the desk and do NOTHING. Needless to say if I buy a VW/Audi it would not be from ... read more

I went in on Saturday, May 7th hoping to get a used vehicle... My Salesman, Tony Williams, was absolutely wonderful! The whole team was! This is the first car I have purchased on my own. The process was easy and everything was explained great. I got a 2009 Saturn Aura. I'm loving it!! Thanks y'all! Had to stop back in this week and I mentioned my coolant level was low...they topped it off for no charge! Go see Tony and tell him I sent you!!!

We are very pleased with our VW Routan bought used from Steve White's. The vehicle was purchased about 18 months ago. It was in like new condition (2011). They have given us excellent service so far. Their dealership is a delight to visit. Friendly faces and great service, nice facilities.

Called about a car listed on the website with no price listed. Was told they had gotten it last week, didn't know a price, and would call me back. So I get the return call and the price was decent. Asked for pics, as none other than a stock photo were in the listing. Received them a couple hours later and the car was listed as manual shift is actually auto. Good grief.
