Horrible dealership! Do yourself a favor and drive up to Asheville and go to Harmony Motors, they actually care about their customers!!
They don't respect your time, they have pushy salesmen, and the service department is rude. They rarely got to the root of the problem or finished a job on the first visit. At my most recent visit they kept our car a week and the service manager tried sell me a $500 brake and rotor job when my pads and rotors had just been serviced elsewhere. They thought the brakes would fix a noise heard during acceleration on a left hand turn. This was only one example of the bad experiences I had there.
