Bunch of incompetent people in the service dept. they worked on my wife's car ( 2010 cc) and dear lord help us. Picked up the car and broke down again, took it back, they fixed it again, we picked it up and a week later, it breaks down again. People stay away from this dealership. I have been buying personal and company cars for our company from Steve White since 2005, 15 cars: VW's and Audi's. We have never been given anything but excellent, courteous service. Their employees are well trained and professional.
The service department at Steve White VW is fantastic. Ryan is a great service advisor and everyone is very professional and friendly. I have found the service, pricing, and facilities to be outstanding. I would highly recommend your service department to others.
I don't know about other but they have always been the best. The service department is amazing. They greet u at your car and valet your appointment. They have Starbucks Coffee which I love. It's clean and the staff is wonderful. Haven't met a person I didn't like yet. I will continue to bring my vehicle here. Love Steve White..
Terrible customer service! Took my car in for a repair that required the VW computer (only reason I took it there). Have had to take it back twice so far due to mistakes made by their technician. Still need to take it back again for another mistake they made (the air bag!)! No respect for customers' time. And aren't the technicians supposed to be VW certified???
I bought my jeep here. Sure it was a decent price for the vehicle. But they didn't give me much for my trade. Trade your vehicle else where. I drove clear down from Asheville. They said they'd give me a gas card for my gas and time to drive all that way. They never did....They charge a dealer doc fee of like $500-600. Alot of places have little to no doc fee.
