Recently bought a 2012 VW CC Lux. I love it. There were some minor issues (paint chipped, fender slightly bent in, electrical - tire pressure sensors, speakers blown, and a few other things) that needed to be repaired, and they got it done. It took a little convincing, but in retrospect, I should've paid closer attention prior to purchase. It would've made that particular part of the process a lot easier. All in all, they seem like a great crew and I'm loving the car.
I just had my jetta serviced for the first time and was so impressed by the professional approach they take. Great experience!

I had John take care of me when I purchased my new Jetta and he went above and beyond any concerns I have and was always friendly and not pushy. From the moment I was drove in my car to when I left, he was the man! He even told me to come back and get it detailed for free! Great service and will come back when I need a new vehicle in the future!
The worst car buying experience ever. The finance manager don't answer or return calls and was told who I had preapproval with and that was the only one I was going with so no need to send my info to anyone...after getting my information he still shopped it to I'm not sure how many banks because I just received my third letter from a bank about financing a car. The sales lady told me she had a sold sign in the car and keys locked in her desk...so I sold my vehicle and tried to contact her the next day with several calls and ... read more
