The service personnel are courteous and usually prompt in getting back to you with a diagnosis of your car's problem. Sometimes it takes a few hours to get a response, but in the end they get it done in one day as promised. I have always had a good experience with this dealer and would definitely recommend their service performance over the other Japanese luxury car brand that starts with an "I".
