I really have yet to have an experience that I would just rave about. More than once I've made a service appointment and shown up only to have them say I'm not on the list. Most of the service staff are very pleasant, no issues there. This last time I had to bring my vehicle in was for an airbag malfunction which took over two weeks to diagnose. Now, I'm not blaming it on them but shouldn't the Lexus manufacturer be contacted fairly soon after the third or fourth day when they have no idea what the problem is?? I was fixing ... read more
Recently took my IS250 here and Carrie helped me out greatly. She's got great customer service and thoroughly explained to me exactly what was being done on my car and what needs to be taken care of the near future. I will definitely bring my car back and refer all my friends here!
Martin & Steve were great. Didn't hard sell me. Came back with offer I asked for. Wasn't your normal car salesman attitude. I highly recommend both & will definitely return to Sterling McCall for my next vehicle

Worse experience ever, do not, and I mean DO NOT find ROLEY as your salesman, cause he will backout on the price he agree upon with you. I arrive there, ready to write out a deposit check for the car we agreed upon (price and apr and freebies). Yet he somehow just forgot everything and be like let's negotiate all over again.
