On our quest to get a new car, we visited several different car dealerships and had varying experiences. From the moment we stepped into the Sterling McCall dealership, we were instantly greeted and helped. Annie Tran was our sales person. She was so nice and knowledgeable and helped guide us to the perfect car. From showing us different models, test driving, looking at inventory, to paperwork and financing, she was there every step of the way. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come and see her.
I use to have the best people there trying to please you! My printer has been down for a while! I need a oil change! Asked for the Saturday coupon to be printed for me! Never had a issue before! The manager of the department told me find a library take my laptop and ask them to print it for me!! I am 65 years old! Mind you some libraries are not open due to the flooding! I told him I was a senior!! Finally I called a friend to help me!! Sterling McCall shame on you!?

Recently worked with Thien Nguyen to purchase our Lexus NX 200t - F Sport - in one word it was an "AWESOME" experience.
