Thien Nguyen made the experience of buying a car at Sterling McCall Lexus a wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Sometimes going to the dealership and interacting with a salesman can be stressful and intimidating but Thien Nguyen was very easy to work with and made me felt at ease. We brought my wife's 2016 Rx350 in for it's 30k service. We received a loaner to run errands. We asked or consultant to have them check the windshield wipers as well because my wife said that they were smearing. Thien Nguyen was extremely helpful and quick! I walked in knowing what I wanted and left VERY shortly after. This is my second car through him.
