The radio/navigation/air conditioning system went out on my GX 460. I've only had the suv for 3 1/2 months. I've taken my car back 3 times this month to have it fix and each time they say it's fixed, within an hour I have to bring it back to the dealership for the same issue. I don't understand how for a month, you've been unable to fix the issue. It's 90 degrees here in Houston and you want me to drive my small kids around in a vehicle with no air or music! I had an appointment at noon for my 70,000miles service and had requested a loaner car. I waited 45min and still didn't get my loaner car. I have another appointment to go to so I told her I would take my car back if there's no loaner. She came back saying my car was all done. A service that she at first said was going to take at least 2 hours. If they would've told me they didn't have a loaner car in the first place I would've just make an appointment for another day. Will never be back.
