I love everything about Sterling McCall Lexus. Just had my 30,000 mile maintenance. Carl Souza was very efficient in getting my car to the service area and staying on top of things. My car was cleaned inside and out. Lisa, tech support, knew immediately why my Lexus enforma destination was not working, she advised the service department on what to check...came out to the car with me when the car was ready to check and make sure it was working. I love the service every time I have gotten an oil change! Today I'd give everyone 10 stars.. my Car seat, that I brought into the dealership, was taken by someone. Larry Miller, Kevin Bayer and Tyler Story did a GREAT job of taking care of my daughter and I while they searched and found the person who took my car seat. Since I live 2 hours away from the dealership they offered to buy me a new car seat to go home in while they tracked mine down! My wife and I were thinking to trade our 2014 Toyota Highlander to a newer model that will suite our needs and budget. So we drove to Houston from Victoria.
