Took my car in for 20k mike service. My agent was Jairo and he was great. Took time to explain everything to me and even texted me a number to check status on my car while I waited. I didn’t want my car washed because my husband had just detailed it the day before. The service guys put it through anyway, so Jairo went back there a personally wiped my car down to keep it from getting water spots. Love my car, love the care I receive at Sterling McCall Lexus and now have my personal service agent with Jairo.
I had visited another Lexus dealership and did not have a good experience. A friend referred me to Dave Capin at Sterling McCall and WOW what a difference.
