Since I was planning to be in this area for some shopping I decided to take my Lexus to this dealership for its routine maintenance. When I was approached by Kevin he was polite and very helpful being that I've not been to that particular dealership before. I was told that my car was ready and left the dealership to run all my errands. Unfortunately I was already across town when I noticed grease/dirt smudges on the grab bar, liner, and ignition button.
