Sales representative and follow up maintenance issues. Was asked to pay for a car problem that was caused by Lexus mechanics. Not happy by how it was handled although it was resolved without me having to pay for their mistake.
RecommendedGreat customer service!!I was going to see new Lexus models, but turned into Certified Pre-owned dealership by accident. Esther was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I had fun time working with her. 2 hours later I happily drove a Certified Pre-owned car RX 350 home. Thank you for all the help and making my purchasing a great experience.
