I had an appointment for todays work. They kept giving me time estimates for when my car would be ready, and then it wasn’t. At 3 hours (20 minutes after their last estimate and an hour after the estimate before that) I asked the concierge (because my service technician was at lunch and I couldn’t find the replacement) when my car would be ready. Fantastic experience. Steve was great and made sure to ask me if I wanted my car washed, which I did not due to the Ceramic coating. They also had a very nice omelette bar for breakfast. Great Job!
Great customer service. My service advisor Bobby Messer was thorough and let me know what needs to be done. This location always have friendly staff thats why I like to bring my car here for service. Service is always prompt.
