He is always available to me in all the years I have been coming. Very nice staff and knowledgeable of inventory
The purchasing of the car was fine but everything that has followed has been awful. There was a minor repair agreed upon for the purchased pre-owned car. We paid cash for the car the day before Thanksgiving & all Parties agreed the repair would be done by Friday - after many phone calls & text messages that included the manager of the dealership, my mother finally picked up the car on the following Tuesday (nearly a week later!) she waited from 10am until 6pm that day for the hour and a half repair job...only to find out tha... read more

Our Service Rep was the best I have had over the past 4 years. His name is Jess and he was very professional in among sure we were satisfied. He met us at our car and daw exceeded our expectations. He provided us a written estimate for our 80k service. He helped us by telling us how much more dire wear we had left.
