My service advisor Ty Story greeted me with a smile. I told him I needed to get my 10000 mile checkup and he explained everything that the service techs would do. He also told me about a safety recall I wasn't aware of. He said it would be about an hour and half, but it only took about about an hour. The biggest surprise Ty told me about was the gas fill up. Thanks Lexus

You had my car over 24 hours, tell me it’s ready, charge me, bring my car curbside and hand me the keys. I brought it in to fix the headlights and oil change. The headlights did not work and the oil had not been changed. Your service used to be stellar and it has been going down in quality. I have been using you since I bought this car in 2006. I have had several problems before but, never getting my car back with nothing done.
Just bought a gently used Lexus from Jae. She was awesome and knew her business.
