Great customer service. I scheduled a maintenance service at 4:30am for an 8:45am appointment time and given a loaner until service was completed.
I have 20k miles service today at the Lexus on 59south. thank you Jennifer for providing me a very good service. she explained to me what my car needed and what I should do. she was very professorial and polite. I like the fact that Lexus lend you a car so you dont have to stuck at the same dealer for so long. overall, 10 out of 10.
