Best service I’ve ever had. Since the moment I pulled up. Valet service and free complimentary breakfast. Was valet my car. Right back in front of me. Also got a free car wash during my service 5 star forsure !
I have great customer service every time I come here. I own a 2008 ES 350 with 180,000 miles and they do the service I come in for and never try to up sell me on something else. Yeah they will find “something” wrong with the vehicle, they don’t try and push the repairs on you, you get a price and they let you decide.

Had a flat tire and thanks to my roadside hazard insurance got a new one free of charge. Service was pleasant and efficient even on Christmas Eve. However, I waited 2.5 hours just for a call back from a Lexus Roadside Assistance contractor. Luckily I had an electric pump and was able to drive safely to Sterling McCall without them! Not a worthwhile perk of having a Lexus!
