Our sales person Yasser was wonderful to work with. The young man who did the electron a training on our new Lexus was patient and informative and explaining all of the myriad of systems in the new 2019 Lexus. The only negative was the finance department who did a high-pressure sales job or extraordinarily expensive extra warranty program in spite of being told three or four times that we had no interest. All in all it was a terrific experience with that one exception. I would recommend Sterling McCall to anyone
