I had Mat Torress, excellent service.
Bobby was excellent in taking care of me during my service. I had a recall and he communicated to me very clearly and politely throughout the process. When I came to pick up the car he gave me a breakdown report of all the issues the technician found with my car and took his time walking through it with me. I would highly recommend him and Sterling Mcall for service.

Very good service. His name is Jimmy. Very professional and patient to explain every details of the new features the Rx350, and let us feel at home in the Lexus dealership. We also successfully refered one friend to buy a similar Lexus and he has the same feeling as that we felt.
