Friendly, very clean and great range of equipment for cardio and weights. Always very welcoming and interested. Music to workout by could be better, I like to get into the beat. But this gym is way above all others for me.

I have used this gym for some time now, the staff are always happy to help whether that be training advice, help with diet and nutrition or just to spot you during your session. They also provide a sports massage service which I have used on many occasions, Luke who is the sports massage therapist is very knowledgeable always listens and advises before he provides any treatments. They are in the process of having new equipment installed in the next couple of months which will improve the gym even more.

Fantastic gym, superb staff who are very knowledgeable and willing to help. The gym is used by all age groups and abilities and is a great place to train. Lots of cardio equipment and weights machines. Adequate free weights and lots of dumbbells. Classes available such as Spin, Circuits and a tums and bums class. Everyone is made to feel welcome. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

The Best Gym in the Durham Area. I gave tried many over the years… Very professional helpful and friendly staff. Nice size not too big and impersonal. Excellent value for money only £14 per month. Large car park at College . Would highly recommend it. 😃👍 💪
