Dr Klapper and his staff are very professional and efficiently diagnosed my situation and provided reasonable alternatives. Greatly appreciated.
Everyone was very friendly and professional from checking in to examination to scheduling my next appointment. Dr. Klapper was very pleasant and extremely professional in examining me as a check up from my surgery.
Being able to communicate with your doctor 24/7 just doesn’t happen! Dr Klapper is all about patient care with off the chart real time messaging! I called to leave his office a message and there was a prompt to leave Dr Klapper a message and he will phone you back within 30 minutes! I called at 6:00 am by 6:10 he call me back! That is a frustrating problem within the medical field and Dr Klapper is redefining over the top customer service!
My experience with Dr. Klapper and his whole staff was excellent. Dr. Klapper is very kind and caring and gentle. He gently determined that my tear duct was not blocked. Then helped me understand how to deal with my excess tears. I will call him again if the need arises.
The entire process with Dr. Klapper and his office were very helpful with any questions I may have had, worked well with my insurance, upfront about costs. It is nice to see again eyes wide open!
Very happy with Dr. Klapper. He was not able to help me with my eye problem, but he was very kind and took the time to explain things to me. Staff was exceptional. Would highly recommend him.
