Never thought I’d need a plastic surgeon whose main work is with eyes but when my lower eyelid started flipping in and my eyelashes were rubbing on my eye, my optometrist sent me to Dr Clapper. Dr Clapper’s office is easy to get to, with parking close to the entrance. The office was clean and neat and my appointments ran on time.
