Dr Klapper and his staff are caring and informative in their visits with me. Answered any questions I had and let me know what and how long to expect for healing process.
Great experience. Had upper - lower - you want an excellent surgeon straight shooter? Go to Dr. Klapper! Surgery not easy, listen to Dr. K and his staff. I am 1 week out and everything they told me was 100 percent correct.

My appointment was initially scheduled for March and so I had asked to be put on a waiting list. So I was very pleased that it was followed up and I got in this week.All of the medical staff and Dr. Klapper were extremely professional and courteous.
A few years ago I had surgery from Dr Klapper to fix my ptosis (lazy eye). He did not improve it at all. About six months later I called to have it redone. He refused to redo the surgery and told me to go to Chicago. If he can’t even correct ptosis he needs to find a new profession. He is all about the money and not about compassion.
Had Ptosis surgery by Dr. Klapper and could not be happier. Everyone in office and at surgery center provided excellent care. Dr. Klapper did an excellent job improving my field of vision and appearance of eye lids. The procedure had very little discomfort and recovery is going well! Following comprehensive instructions which were very clearly written.
The entire office was caring and very skilled. Dr. Klapper was very helpful and addressed my concern. Many physicians seem to drag things out, follow up after follow up... but he took care of it on first visit. And left follow up decisions for me based on my comfort level.
