I had the procedure for droopy eyelids along with an eye lift. Dr. Klapper and his team were thorough, professional and available throughout the surgery and healing process. Each time I called with a question, my call was promptly returned with helpful information. My eyes have never looked better!
I have droopy eyelids and was very self conscious about them. I saw Dr. Klapper to have this corrected. His staff is amazing. I called them frequently after the surgery to ask questions about the healing process. They took great care of me.

I had surgery for an obstructed tear duct. The surgery was successful. Dr Klapper and his staff were very considerate and professional.
He was horrible. He refused to admit there was a problem when the proof was obvious to anyone with a set of eyes. He asks you all sorts of questions regarding which doctors you’ve seen in the past because he doesn’t want to admit there is a problem if you’ve already been seen by a doctor he feels is good. Finally, he contradicted himself 3 times during the appointment because he can’t even keep what he’s saying straight to himself.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Klapper. I've always had droopy eyelids - medically referred to as ptosis - and while only 42 years old, they started to interfere with my vision. I was referred to Dr. Klapper by my dermatologist, and was able to get in within a few weeks. My optometrist recommended that I have one of my eyelids that was drooping repaired and sent me with a referral to Dr. Klapper. I now have 2 eyelids that match. Dr. Klapper was very honest and open regarding Medicare coverage. Follow care was very good.
I really like Dr. Klapper. He fixed my "droopy" eyelid with a great improvement in my vision. The scheduling was easy and the surgery experience was very easy.
